We exist because we saw a gap in how people live, especially during transitional life phases like moving for studies, work, or personal growth. Jai Kishan Challa
CEO
Jai leads Curated Living Solutions with a strong vision for redefining alternative housing in India. Formerly the BU Head of Manipal Student Housing, he built and operated 10,000+ beds across South East Asia and was a key driver of the business’s acquisition by Goldman Sachs. His deep expertise in student housing and real estate strategy anchors the company’s growth and innovation.
MICHAEL FREDRICK
Vice President - OPERATIONS
Michael brings over a decade of hands-on experience in building and operating high-yield rental housing assets. In 2010, he designed, financed, leased, and operated India’s first private purpose-built housing facility for professionals and students, achieving operational rental yields of up to 25%. He now oversees operations across Curated Living’s growing national portfolio.
Vipul Bhakuni
Vice President- Operations (North & West)
Vipul Bhakuni is an experienced industry professional with 10 years in Operations with leading hospitality brands, followed by more than 5 years in Student Housing and Coliving. Vipul brings in great expertise in hostel operations and leads the business in North & West (India), managing premium facilities across the two regions in highly competitive markets.
V.S.V. Krishna Mohan
Head - Projects
Mr. V.S.V. Krishna Mohan, a post-graduate engineer with 35+ years of experience, has delivered landmark projects across hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure, and residential sectors. Known for his leadership, precision, and commitment to quality, he ensures every project exceeds client expectations.
Revathy Dayanand Wajid
Head - Institutional Sales
Revathy brings over two decades of experience in hospitality operations and sales, with the last 5+ years dedicated to business development in student and industrial housing. At Curated Living Solutions, she leads institutional sales, leveraging her deep industry knowledge and relationship-building expertise to drive growth across strategic partnerships and long-term leasing channels.
Chayan Banerjea
Associate Vice President - F&B Operations
Chayan Banerjea heads the F&B Operations vertical of CLSPL across India, overseeing the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services. He also leads the L&D and Audit teams, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the organization.
Ekta Tikyani
Associate Vice President – Strategy
Ekta leads strategic initiatives at Curated Living Solutions, focusing on investment structuring, fundraising, and portfolio expansion. Backed by 9+ years of experience in Private Equity, M&A, and Financial Strategy, she is a Chartered Accountant and ISB alumna, known for her analytical depth and sharp execution.
Aditya Vemuri
Associate Vice President - B2B South Operations
Aditya is a seasoned leader in strategic and business operations, with over two decades of experience spanning retail, real estate, and hospitality. He specialises in scaling operations, optimising P&L performance, and building resilient, process-oriented teams. He is recognised for transforming large portfolios, driving margin improvements, and fostering cross-functional excellence.
